Etude Independent Winter Guard will be hosting another Spin Camp for students, instructors, and enthusiasts. The camp will feature beginning, intermediate, and advanced instruction in the areas of flag, rifle, sabre, and dance performance. All instruction will be provided by the staff members of Etude, with assistance by the 2010 Etude ensemble.
The camp will be hosted on January 9th, 2009 at South Pointe High School in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The registration fee will be $25.00 for each participant. Schools wishing to send groups of 10 or more students to the camp will receive a special discount on the registration fee (contact etudewinterguard@gmail.com if you are interested in sending a large group). The camp will run from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and lunch will be provided for all participants. All proceeds from the event will go to supplement the operational costs for Etude's 2010 competition season. All students will need to bring their own equipment for the camp, as we will not have enough for everyone.
This is a great opportunity to learn from instructors with over 30 years of experience in the DCI/WGI circuits, while supporting the state's premier independent guard program.
